I just wanted to say a massive thank you for doing our wedding flowers! They were absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted. One of the highlights of my day was walking into the ballroom and seeing the centrepieces on the tables for the first time! Lots of guests also commented on how much they loved the flowers!
One week later myself and my bridesmaids still have our bouquets and they still look just as beautiful as they did on the day.

The flowers that Fay did for my wedding were incredible. She listened to everything I didn’t want as I had no idea what I did want and created some beautiful flower arrangements. All of my guests wanted to take them home so they went to loving homes after the wedding. She made everything so easy even when I changed the final numbers a few weeks before the wedding. Thank you for making my wedding day incredible Fay!

Fay was AMAZING, we found her at Thornbury castle wedding fayre. Her table display was exactly what I was after. When talking to Fay she gave me so much confidence I would get exactly what I wanted. Most florists that I had found at wedding fayres wanted a whole package and this wasn’t what I wanted. Fay did have packages but she also allowed for me to just have the bouquets and buttonholes from her as I had a friend who wanted to do the church flowers for me.
When I went to see her to organise the flowers she had so many ideas that enabled me to have it just perfect. In fact I was very impressed we organised the flowers for the mums to be organised by Fay. Fay couldn’t have made the day run anymore smoothly by dropping off buttonholes to where my fiancé was and then dropping off the bouquets and ensuring the flowers for the mums were taken care of.
I was so impressed I dried my wedding flowers and still have them today.

Fay arranged our two brides bouquets, two bridesmaids bouquets, and corsages / button holes for our wedding at Bowden Hall last Sunday. The flowers looked absolutely beautiful and have lasted so well since the wedding. Fay was also so lovely on the morning of the wedding.

Hello - We are Flowers By Fay
Based in Quedgeley in Gloucester Fay has been providing Wedding flowers for over 7 years and has worked in many of the most beautiful venues throughout Gloucestershire and the South West from castles to Barns, Manor houses to hotels and Yurts to Marquees.
Fay's designs are as unique as each celebration, every couple wants their wedding day to be different to anyone else. Careful attention to detail is maintained to ensure that your wedding flowers are designed to compliment your day.
Fay was The Wedding Industry Awards finalist for the South West for 2022 and 2023, The Weddings Inc. Wedding awards winner for 2022 and most recently she won the award for 'The Most Trusted Wedding Florist' in the Luxlife Global Wedding Awards 2023.

Wedding Booking Terms and Conditions
Wedding Consultations:
We offer a free in-home, Zoom meeting(or equivalent) or wedding venue consultation service, once your order is placed and your deposit paid, you can contact us as many times as you wish by telephone or email to discuss any changes or issues that you may have. If you require further visits in person this may incur extra charges to cover travel costs. All Wedding consultations are by appointment only.
Deposit:
When a wedding date is booked we charge a non-refundable 20% deposit. This saves your date. If you decide to postpone or cancel your wedding we will hold your deposit until until a new wedding date is arranged. However, this may incur a rearrangement fee. Payment of your deposit is an acknowledgement of the Terms and Conditions set out here.
Quotation and Payment:
No wedding or event is booked until the deposit has been paid. Quotes are valid for 30 days only. Once the deposit has been paid then the prices and dates are secure unless stated otherwise. A quotation for the cost of your wedding flowers will be sent to you after the initial consultation, this is a guide price as you may make changes closer to the wedding day in terms of type of arrangement and quantity. Payment is accepted by card, cash or direct payment via internet banking, we are sorry but cheques are not accepted. Payment in full is required at least 30 days before the wedding. If this payment is not made then we will assume that the wedding is cancelled. Flowers by Fay are not obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused due to non-payment of the balance.
Cancellations:
Complete cancellation of the wedding must be advised in writing. If you cancel your wedding and there is more than 30 days until the wedding date then you will be entitled to a refund of all money paid minus the 20% deposit. If you cancel with less than 30 days but more than 14 days until the wedding then you are entitled to all of the money paid less 50%. If you cancel with less than 14 days until the wedding date then no refund will be due.
Note that refund payments can and will only be paid to bank details provided by the person or persons named on the invoice.
Order Amendments:
You can make any adjustments to your order up to 30 days before your wedding date and I will not charge any admin fees for doing this, any amendments within the 30 days before your wedding date may incur an admin fee. However, no reductions will be allowed which will reduce your order value by more than 10% once your deposit is paid.
Availability of Flowers:
Whilst we will do our best to make your wedding arrangements using the flowers detailed in your quote/invoice, unfortunately there are times when a particular flower may not be available, in this scenario we will choose the most suitable flower that is available to replace it, note also that the shades of colour can also vary greatly throughout the seasons.
Hire/use of vases, crates etc:
We charge a refundable deposit for this service and this is clearly shown on your quote and/or invoice. Charges will be made for any glassware returned cracked, chipped or broken or any items that are not returned. Replacement of goods will be charged to you at the current purchase price, it is then the responsibility of the hirer to reclaim any of these costs from the venue if the venue was at fault. The same will apply if something is not returned. Anything that you hire will become your responsibility from the time they are received at your venue, and up until the time that they are collected, we will collect from the venue in most cases the next day but in all cases no more than 3 days after the wedding. Goods will always be collected from the address that they were delivered to. Equipment hired (jugs, bottles, vases, plinths, candelabras, etc) remain the property of Flowers by Fay at all times.
Photographs:
Flowers by Fay reserves the right to take photographs of flowers and the setting prior to the wedding which may be used for promotional purposes. We may also ask you if you would supply any images to us displaying the wedding flowers that may have been taken on the day for use on our website. There is no obligation for you to do this.
Responsibility:
Flowers by Fay accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage to the hirer or any third party of any equipment hired for use at the event.
Delivery:
Delivery is free of charge for any wedding order over £350.00 We will deliver to up to 2 locations, usually the Bride and Groom homes or the Bride/Groom and the wedding venue. We reserve the right to charge for delivery if delivery is required to more than 2 locations or if the delivery location(s) are outside of the Gloucestershire area.
